Larry Gershon

Larry Gershon has been playing guitar since he was 14 years old, playing classic rock and blues in working bands in high school and college and continuing to this day. His early musical training was playing woodwinds in his elementary, middle school and high school bands. Larry has played with many bands in the Baltimore-Washington area including, Loose Change, Destiny, Nomad, Grey Dog, and Billie Jo and the Distractions.

Currently, he is also a professional recording engineer and studio owner of Rose Recording. He has played on many sessions in the studio and his work has received airplay in both regional and national markets. He has been involved in some high visibility projects in the studio which include working on Bill Kirchen's Grammy nominated album and multiple WAMA award-winning projects. Larry has also worked with Tim Biery from Nils Lofgren's band and the recently WAMA-nominated Mike Westcott.

Larry is a confessed vintage gear hound and you may see him at any given time playing vintage guitars and amps from his studio collection. A long love affair with rock and especially blues fuels his passion for singing and playing.
